Velp has formalized its BBQ grill wire mesh line as an OEM program for outdoor cooking brands. The range covers 30 x 45 mm aperture fish grill baskets, stainless steel grill mesh toppers and 25 x 40 mm wire basket formats, all produced to brand drawings with private label packaging.
Barbecue accessories look simple but have demanding requirements: food contact safety, heat resistance, repeated cleaning, and a finish that will not flake into food. Velp produces grill mesh from SS304 and SS201 wire and specifies food-safe plating and coating accordingly.

- Fish grill baskets - 30 x 45 mm and 25 x 40 mm baskets with hinged handles for whole fish and vegetables.

OEM Workflow
Velp handles the full development path for barbecue accessories: drawing review, sample fabrication, drop testing of retail packaging, then mass production. Lead time for a new model is typically 25-30 days from approved sample, with production capacity supported by automated welding fixtures for repeatable joints.
Because grill mesh is a consumer product, Velp also pays attention to edges: every handle and frame end is deburred and polished so the finished item is safe in the hand. Packaging can include hang tabs, barcodes, multilingual warnings and instruction inserts.
